Influencer Talent Coordinator
Neon Rose
About the job
(Southern California-Based - Remote)
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Neon Rose, we believe that flawless execution is an art form. This role is built for someone who finds deep satisfaction in owning a process end-to-end, someone who takes pride in being the person clients and talent rely on to get things done right, every time.
As a Coordinator at Neon Rose, you are not a stepping stone. You are the backbone of our campaign operations. The best people in this role are masters of execution: they know every detail of every campaign, anticipate problems before they happen, and build trust through consistency and follow-through. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves the craft of coordination.
This role is highly executional and detail-driven. It involves managing a high volume of tasks, tracking deliverables across multiple campaigns, and ensuring accuracy across systems and timelines. Much of the work is behind the scenes and process-oriented rather than creative or strategic.
WHAT EXCELLENCE LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE
The Coordinator who thrives here is someone who:
- Feels a genuine sense of ownership when a campaign goes live without a single hiccup.
- Is energized by managing multiple moving parts simultaneously and keeping everything on track.
- Takes pride in being the go-to person for brands and talent, the one who always has the answer.
- Finds satisfaction in refining a process, closing a loop, and making complex workflows feel effortless.
- Read a brief and immediately think about logistics, timelines, and deliverables, not the creative concept.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign & Deliverable Execution
- Own daily campaign tasks: content scheduling, live checks, analytics requests, and invoicing.
- Apply to platform campaigns and manage each through its full lifecycle with precision.
- Maintain talent content calendars, ensuring every deliverable is on time and accurate.
- Comfortable managing multiple overlapping priorities and able to confidently determine what requires attention first.
- Serve as the liaison between talent and brand/agency partners on content edits and brand alignment.
Client & Talent Communication
- Be the responsive, solutions-first point of contact for day-to-day brand and talent needs.
- Participate in calls, take ownership of follow-ups, and close open items without being asked twice.
- Reflect Neon Rose’s standard for communication: warm, professional, and always one step ahead.
Contracting & Documentation
- Support the review, editing, and execution of contracts between talent and brand partners.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of deliverables, timelines, and campaign documentation.
- Manage assigned roster activities with reliability and thoroughness.
Team Contribution
- Bring a team-first attitude and show up consistently as a dependable, collaborative teammate.
- Participate in internal projects that improve how Neon Rose operates.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are wired for operations, not ideation. You get more satisfaction from a perfectly executed campaign than from brainstorming the concept.
- You are a natural systems thinker who builds structure where there is none and improves structure where it already exists.
- You communicate with clarity, speed, and warmth. People feel taken care of when they work with you.
- You have relevant experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media (internships count).
- You know that being truly great at coordination is a skill set worth mastering, not a phase to move through.
SUCCESS IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
- You are managing campaign tasks and communications with minimal oversight.
- Brands and talent know your name and trust you to handle things.
- You have a working command of Neon Rose’s systems, tools, and communication style.
- Your assigned Talent Managers consider you an indispensable operational partner.
GROWTH AT NEON ROSE
We believe in mastery. Growth in this role means becoming an increasingly trusted expert in campaign operations. Someone who handles more complex rosters, higher-stakes client relationships, and greater autonomy over time. As you deepen your skills, you’ll have opportunities to mentor newer team members, lead process improvements, and take on senior coordinator responsibilities.
Neon Rose does have a management path available to those who demonstrate both operational excellence AND genuine interest in talent development, business strategy, and team leadership, but we hire Coordinators to be exceptional Coordinators first. If that is not exciting to you on its own, this may not be the right fit.
