Summary
The Clinical Outcomes Associate’s (COA) role is to conduct telephonic outreach to Cook Children’s Health Plan (CCHP) members for needs assessment, appointment scheduling, and care gap closure. You will act as a trusted advisor and educator on health care related inquiries. You will guide our members to a better healthcare experience, working every day to make healthcare easy with the service you provide. This role is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact between CCHP and new members.

Education
- High School Graduate required.
Experience
- 1 year of healthcare customer service experience required, preferably in Managed Care.
