Customer Service Representative
Location: Kalihi, HI
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may vary; flexibility required)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support internal teams and customers by resolving operational inquiries and service-related concerns. This position combines customer support with administrative and operational processing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and structured, process-driven work.
The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
- Respond to escalated customer inquiries and concerns received from branches, call centers, and internal departments.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal partners to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Research and investigate operational inquiries to determine appropriate resolutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective problem-solving and follow-through.
Administrative & Operational Processing
- Perform account monitoring and related operational review activities.
- Process requests and updates submitted by internal departments.
- Track, validate, and document fee adjustment and service request activity.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and written narratives related to customer account activity and operational reviews.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and supporting documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and business information.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer and operational concerns.
- Follow established procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in a customer service, operations, or branch support environment.
- Strong administrative and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment, either in-person or over the phone.
- Familiarity with technology systems and business applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong time management and follow-through skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and schedules.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
