As a proactive partner, the Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and division leaders to understand and anticipate staffing needs while managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process. Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing across various departments
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand and anticipate staffing needs, build job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate updates promptly, and act as a primary point of contact for candidates
- Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline utilizing our applicant tracking system
- Positively represent UNICO at career fairs and industry events to promote company culture and attract top talent
- Seamlessly navigate multiple recruitment platforms to source and screen candidates
Team Member Onboarding
- Prepare and extend candidate offer letters, serving as a key point of contact throughout the offer stage
- Partner with people leaders to coordinate new team members’ onboarding schedule
- Lead team member onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience
Data & Process Support
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision making
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruitment tools and workflows
- Support the People Operations team with additional projects and initiatives as needed, gaining exposure to broader People Operations functions that contribute to overall team success
Requirements
Education | Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience required
- Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter a plus

- Employment law and employment authorization understanding
- Negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
Physical Demands
- Must be physically able to operate a motor vehicle
- This role’s physical exertion is sedentary and occurs in an office environment.
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Substantial movements and repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
- This Individual will require close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer, and extensive reading.
