Security Partner Manager, AI Threat Defense, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in partner development, channel program management, or go-to-market (GTM) enablement within the cybersecurity or cloud security sector.
- Experience with cybersecurity concepts (e.g., managed security service providers (MSSPs), security operations (SecOps), threat detection) and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning applications in cybersecurity (e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI security risks, or AI-driven security automation).
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications within cyber defense.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing and enabling global strategic partnerships or working with wave/tier-based partner programs.
- Understanding of the current AI ecosystem and its practical applications in modern Security Operations Centers.
- Ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into actionable business and architectural guidance.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of successfully leading technical workshops and training sessions for external audiences.

US: $121000 - $177000 (USD) + 66.67% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding and enablement of our AITD global partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to go to market with our AI Threat Defense solutions starting this summer.
- Design, facilitate, and lead technical AI workshops tailored for security practitioners, architects, and partner engineering teams.
- Guide partners in building bespoke, AI-driven security solutions, advising on best practices, integration points.
- Act as a critical driver in scaling the AI Threat Defense ecosystem, ensuring partners are capable of delivering high-value security operations, threat investigation, and response outcomes.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and partner sales teams to relay feedback from the field, refine enablement materials, and optimize our partner Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
