Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with technology related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management.
  • Experience working with public cloud technologies in the enterprise segment.
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally with executive customers, Global System Integrator (GSIs), and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience executing go-to-market campaigns with GSIs.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience motivating partners to achieve mutually agreed upon business, product, and customer goals.
  • Experience working directly with, or for, service integrator consulting firms on large-scale technology and cloud transformations.
  • Experience working with teams across a broad organization and influencing the overall strategy and outcome.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level audiences, including experience presenting at customer, partner, or industry events.

As Regional Partner Development Manager (PDM), Global System Integrators (GSI), you will own the engagement with the GSI partner in the region. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with C-level partner executives and relevant stakeholders to drive and scale joint business. You will focus on joint sales execution and delivery quality aligned with the global partner plan and priorities.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $195000 - $272000 (USD) + 66.67% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Execute regional GTM initiatives aligned with global GSI partner plans to meet or exceed regional business goals and metrics.
  • Create awareness of partner incumbency, joint solutions offerings, and capabilities with all relevant regional Google Cloud stakeholders.
  • Integrate and land GSI solutions in regional horizontal and industry solutions catalogs and partner selection tools that support field sales motions.
  • Secure and manage regional executive sponsor(s) and run governance cadence to build and grow mind share and competitive wallet share.
  • Advocate Google technologies and the Google Cloud value proposition inside the partner organization.
