Director of Engineering

I am currently working with a respected environmental company who are focused on developing advanced industrial processes that transform difficult-to-recycle materials into valuable raw materials and energy resources.

They are looking to add a Director of Engineering to the team in Pasadena, TX.

They are looking for someone with the following experience;

• 10+ years experience in industrial plant engineering
• 5+ years senior engineering management position
• Experience in refining, chemical, petrochemical or waste-to-value operations.
• Experience working at a start-up or early-stage company environment
• Experience navigating the funding process and delivering projects successfully from start to finish.

They are offering;

• $200-$225k base salary – can pay more depending on experience.
• 30% bonus
• Exceptional progression opportunities
• 5 days a week onsite
