Full-time job opportunity as a Business Development Specialist with Blue Tomorrow, LLC. Blue Tomorrow is an environmental consulting company based in Santa Barbara, California that helps non-profits, government agencies, Tribal governments, and private companies on resource management, planning, and monitoring projects. Current projects include air quality monitoring, water resource management, climate change adaptation, hazard mitigation, and environmental permitting.

Job Duties and Expectations

The Business Development Specialist will focus on grant writing, client communications, and marketing for Blue Tomorrow. This position requires technical writing, organization, and excellent communications skills. Specific job duties may include:

· Generating leads and new opportunities

· Developing proposal and grant application materials

· Developing marketing materials

· Organizing internal management systems to keep track of funding opportunities, proposals, and client communication

· Assisting with content development for the company website

· Scheduling meetings with clients, assisting with check-in meetings, and overseeing general client communication

General Requirements

· Undergraduate (or higher) degree in Environmental Science, Communications, or a related discipline
