What You'll Be Doing

• Direct investment casting, solid mold casting, and machine shop operations.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer requirements.
• Manage budgets, supplier relationships, and operational resources.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Expertise in aerospace manufacturing, casting, and machining operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial, leadership, and cross-functional management skills.
