What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Raw Inspection, X-Ray, NDT, Final Inspection, and Shipping quality teams.
• Ensure AS9100 and NADCAP compliance.
• Oversee First Article Inspection, PPAP, audits, and quality documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with customers and internal teams while mentoring quality staff.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing quality leadership experience.
• Expertise with AS9100, NADCAP, NDT, ERP, and QMS.
• Strong audit leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional quality teams.
