Keys to Literacy is dedicated to strengthening reading and writing instruction at every level through evidence-based literacy coaching, leadership development, and professional learning. Grounded in the belief that literacy is the foundation for all learning and essential to long-term success, our work centers on equipping educators and leaders with the knowledge and tools to drive meaningful outcomes for students.
We partner with educators, school and district leaders, State Departments of Education, and Institutions of Higher Education to deliver comprehensive literacy solutions. Through professional development, coaching, consulting, and training, we provide support across in-person, virtual, and asynchronous formats to meet the evolving needs of our partners. The Opportunity
At Keys to Literacy, a division of K12 Coalition, the Relationship Management Specialist serves as an important connection point between KTL consultants, relationship managers, office staff, and senior leadership. This role supports the coordination of administrative processes, client-related activities, and communication across teams to help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
The Relationship Management Specialist reports to the Assistant Director, Relationship Management.
What You’ll Do
Administrative & Liaison Support
- Provide administrative support to office staff, relationship managers, and senior leadership
Contract & Client Management
- Manage and monitor contract records in Salesforce, including tracking remaining days, public sessions, and other key milestones
- Ensure client-related tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines
Conference & Event Support
- Coordinate conference-related logistics, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and sponsorship activities
- Manage lead tracking, follow-up communications, and outreach related to potential partnership opportunities
- Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help meet evolving organizational goals and objectives
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, administrative support, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues, maintain accuracy, and follow through on assigned responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets), Salesforce, Zoom, and other business applications

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000.
As part of our commitment to maintaining fair and consistent compensation practices, new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the band minimum and midpoint, based on their qualifications, location, internal alignment, and the budgeted amount for the role.
