The Role

We're looking to fill multiple roles for part-time Medical Assistants to support our clinical and administrative team. This is a hands-on role in a small practice. Your responsibilities will include rooming patients, assisting with procedures, managing front-desk and EHR tasks, and helping create a great patient experience from check-in to checkout. No two days look exactly the same, and we like it that way.

What You'll Do

• Room patients and prepare charts ahead of provider visits
• Assist with in-office procedures — injections, IV therapy setup, suture removal, aesthetic treatments (tox, filler, Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, EmFemme 360)
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen handling
• Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Help keep exam rooms and supplies stocked and organized
• Support marketing and patient experience efforts as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Comfortable with phlebotomy and injections (IM/subQ)
• Experience with electronic charting
• Strong communication skills. negotiable skill of compassionately discussing sensitive topics (hormone health, weight, sexual health, aesthetics) with patients
• A team-player mindset; flexible and willing to wear multiple hats
• Genuine interest in adult health wellness, hormone health, and/or aesthetic medicine
