Customer Service Representative
Full – time and Part-time positions
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to serve as a key point of contact for customers, sellers, and partners. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist customers with ticket purchases, order questions, event information, and delivery inquiries.
- Coordinate ticket fulfillment and delivery to ensure customers receive their tickets accurately and on time.
- Resolve customer and seller issues professionally and efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sellers, venues, and partner platforms.
- Develop knowledge of events, venues, seating options, and ticketing products to provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Support company initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

- Customer service, hospitality, entertainment, retail, ticketing, or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
- Onsite position located in Las Vegas, Nevada
- Business hours operate between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM, seven days per week.
- Candidates should be willing and available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime during peak event periods.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are important components of success in this role.
