Responsibilities
· Build, manage, and optimize daily/weekly production schedules
· Track work orders and ensure on-time vendor deliveries
· Coordinate materials, tools, and resources across departments
· Balance labor and machine capacity to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
· Quickly identify and resolve production issues and delays
· Monitor production performance and share updates with leadership
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
· Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or scheduling
· Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems or scheduling software
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities
