We’re Hiring: Leasing Coordinator – Beauty Bungalows Clovis - Part Time

Beauty Bungalows is looking for a part-time, flexible Leasing Coordinator to support our Clovis location.

Beauty Bungalows is a premium salon suite brand that provides luxury, private suites for independent beauty professionals to build and grow their own businesses. Our locations are designed to feel elevated, professional, welcoming, and community-focused, supporting a wide range of beauty specialists including hairstylists, estheticians, massage therapists, and other wellness professionals.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, polished, organized, and excited to help grow a premium beauty-focused brand in the Clovis/Fresno market.

The Leasing Coordinator will help manage the leasing process for our salon suites, including responding quickly to inquiries, scheduling and conducting tours, following up with prospective beauty professionals, and assisting new beauty professionals through the sign-up and onboarding process.

Responsibilities include

Responding quickly and professionally to phone, email, and online inquiries

Scheduling and conducting tours for prospective beauty professionals

Representing the Beauty Bungalows brand in a polished and welcoming way

Helping guide new beauty professionals through the sign-up process

Maintaining strong follow-up with prospective beauty professionals

Thinking creatively and proactively to generate new local leads

Building local connections within the Clovis/Fresno beauty community

Assisting with basic administrative tasks, scheduling, and occupancy tracking

Supporting move-ins, onboarding, and general location communication

What we’re looking for

Strong communication and customer service skills

A proactive, organized, and professional personality

Someone who is creative in finding new leads and building local relationships

Fast response time and strong follow-up skills

Comfort engaging with beauty professionals and small business owners

Reliable transportation for on-site tours and location support

Experience in leasing, real estate, hospitality, beauty, or customer service is a plus

Must be able to work part-time in a flexible, hybrid role based in Clovis, CA

Performance bonuses are available based on results.
