We're Hiring: Global Manager – North & South America
Location: Remote (North or South America preferred)
Duby Studios is expanding its portfolio of social platforms and is looking for an experienced Global Manager to lead our operations across North and South America for one of our social voice chatroom applications.
We're looking for someone who understands the live social entertainment industry and has experience growing communities, building strong teams, and developing long-term business partnerships. If you've worked with live voice chat, live streaming, or social platforms before, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and grow our operations across North and South America.
• Recruit, manage, and support Country Managers and regional partners.
• Build relationships with agencies, hosts, creators, and community leaders.
• Develop strategies to increase user growth, engagement, and market presence.
• Monitor regional performance and ensure business targets are achieved.
• Work closely with our headquarters to execute expansion plans and regional initiatives.
Requirements
• Experience in the live voice chat, live streaming, social entertainment, gaming, or creator economy industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to manage remote teams across different countries and cultures.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• An existing network within the industry is highly desirable.
