Our expertise spans Retail Media, Paid Social, Search, and Amazon, managing campaigns across platforms including Instacart, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Amazon Ads.

We're looking for a highly organized Retail Media Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational paid media experience who enjoys working with data, reporting, and campaign operations. While retail media experience is a plus, it is not required we're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising.

As a Retail Media Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our media buying team by monitoring campaign pacing, pulling reports, maintaining dashboards, assisting with campaign launches, and helping ensure our clients receive best-in-class service and execution.

Location

We strongly prefer candidates located in the Madison, Wisconsin area. However, we're also open to hybrid applicants located elsewhere in Wisconsin who are able to travel to our Madison office as needed for team meetings and collaboration.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of paid media buying experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Retail media experience (Instacart, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger, Amazon, etc.) is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon Ads, or other paid media platforms
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities

  • Pull weekly and monthly reports across retail media platforms
  • Monitor campaign pacing and budgets daily
  • Build and maintain client reporting dashboards and presentations
  • Assist with campaign launches and QA
  • Identify pacing or performance issues and flag them to senior team members
  • Support media buyers with optimizations and day-to-day campaign management
  • Organize campaign documentation and maintain reporting accuracy
  • Communicate internally with media strategists.
