Responsibilities
· Lead daily CNC milling operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals
· Supervise, train, mentor, and develop CNC machinists and operators
· Oversee machine setup and operation of 3-axis CNC mills
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce scrap, and minimize downtime
· Ensure all parts meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
· Collaborate with engineering, programming, quality, and production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
· Monitor tooling, equipment maintenance, and shop organization
· Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Qualifications
· Leadership experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing
· Strong knowledge of 3-axis CNC milling, tooling, fixturing, and machining processes
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
· Experience troubleshooting machining processes and improving workflow
· Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
