This position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Tow
Line Department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Scuff Sand product coming from Spray Booth.
- Product includes doors, cabinets, trim and final top coat.
- Scuff Sand product following the grain direction of the wood
utilizing a sanding block.
- Visually inspect product for defects to meet quality standards
requirements.

- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to work with others.
- Ability to stay on-task, follow safety guidelines and work process
procedures.
Job Qualifications and Education
- Demonstrated skills in organization, planning, prioritization and
time management.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and
weekends.
- Employee is subject to outside environmental conditions
occasionally; inside conditions frequently, with protection from
weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
