Band 3 - Salary Range £29,103 - £31,409 per annum (pro rata)

Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum (pro rata)

Are you organised, approachable and ready to support frontline healthcare delivery? Join our reception team at the Gilbert Bain Hospital and become a key contact for patients, staff and visitors.

The Gilbert Bain Hospital Reception serves as the first place of contact for visitors and patients but is also a vital service centre, providing essential support to the hospital and wider community teams. The department plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely responses, effective communication, and the coordination of resources.

Previous reception/secretarial experience and skills are desirable, however in house training will be provided.

You will initially be appointed at Band 2 level (Salary range £26,696 - £28,988 per annum pro-rata) rising to Band 3 once successful completion of competencies.
