Licensed Therapist — Independent Contracted Provider (1099) | Trinity Counseling Center | Medford, OR

Trinity Counseling Center is looking for a licensed therapist to join our practice as an Independent Contracted Provider (1099). We're a faith-based center that cares deeply about doing clinical work well — and about the people who do it. If you want colleagues who value both craft and camaraderie, we'd love to talk.

Who we're looking for

• A Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in good standing — psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or equivalent — licensed in Oregon (or license-eligible).
• Clinically strong and genuinely conscientious — thoughtful with clients, and reliable with documentation and notes. (We take good record-keeping seriously; it's part of caring for clients well.)
• Someone who values collegiality. We're a connected group, not a set of isolated offices — we like each other, we consult, we support one another's work.
• Comfortable in a faith-based environment and the values that come with it.

A plus, not required

• Experience with or interest in neurofeedback. Whether you already offer it in your own practice, have trained in it, or are simply curious to learn — we work in this space and would love a colleague who's open to it.

The arrangement

Independent Contracted Provider (1099) — you maintain clinical autonomy over your own caseload and methods, within a supportive, well-run practice that handles the infrastructure so you can focus on clients.
