Menya Muso is a Japanese ramen restaurant dedicated to authentic flavors, exceptional hospitality, and continuous improvement. We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

We're currently hiring Kitchen Team Members and Front of House Servers.

Restaurant experience is appreciated but not required we're happy to train people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

Kitchen

• Prepare ramen, appetizers, and side dishes to company standards
• Assist with food prep and daily station setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support the team during busy service periods

Front of House

• Welcome and assist guests
• Take orders and accurately process payments
• Deliver food and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is a plus but not required
• Washington State Food Worker Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
• MAST Permit required for eligible front-of-house positions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
