Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
- Interpret fetal heart monitoring strips.
- Support breastfeeding education.
- Care for mother-baby couplets.
- Assist physicians with procedures.
- Perform outpatient OB services.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Promote maternal wellness through education.
- Participate in departmental initiatives and staff development.
Qualifications
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license or eligibility for North Dakota licensure.
- Acute care or Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required or obtainable after hire.
- New graduate nurses encouraged to apply.
