Advanced Practice Provider | Florida PNP, PA, or FNP

Our client, a growing pediatric healthcare organization, is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients across a collaborative clinical setting, while supporting families and working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and/or specialty care to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence
  • Perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and conduct physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within the scope of practice
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and care teams as appropriate
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
  • Document all patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, high-quality care and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and continuing education as needed

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Florida license as a PNP, PA, or FNP
  • Recent pediatric experience required
  • Previous experience in pediatrics, pediatric primary care, urgent care, or outpatient pediatrics
  • Experience working with infants, children, and adolescents across a broad range of clinical needs
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation best practices
  • Passionate about pediatric patient care
  • Warm, family-centered, and collaborative in approach
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Salary: $115,000-130,000 depending on experience.
