Job Description

• The resource should lead end to end delivery of the ServiceNow SSO automation implementation ensuring alignment to scope timelines and quality objectives
• The resource should conduct requirement workshops facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive requirement finalization and design approvals
• The resource should define and govern sprint plans track milestones and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
• The resource should manage stakeholder communication governance cadence escalation handling and reporting
• The resource should provide oversight on solution architecture integration approach and overall platform design
• The resource should ensure successful UAT golive readiness and hypercare support
