Consumer Reports Specialist

Responsible for ordering, processing, and reviewing consumer reports for driver applicants to our company, its entities, and student applicants to the schools within our network. This role ensures compliance with FCRA standards and supports our commitment to secure, thorough, and compliant application review processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Consumer Reports : Request motor vehicle records, employment history, PSP, and criminal history reports for driver and student applicants across the network.
- FCRA Compliance : Process consumer report adverse actions to ensure full compliance with FCRA regulations.
- Documentation and Processing : Maintain accurate records of all reports ordered and processed to support timely and compliant hiring and enrollment decisions.
- Additional Tasks : Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.
- Attendance and Punctuality : Consistently adhere to scheduled shifts as set by supervisory personnel.
Qualifications
- Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data review and documentation.
- FCRA Knowledge : Familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and its requirements regarding consumer reports and adverse actions.
- Communication Skills : Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependability : Demonstrated reliability in adhering to a set schedule and completing tasks in a timely manner.
