We're Hiring | Luxury Showroom Manager & Design Consultant

At Muretti, we create exceptional living environments through luxury Italian kitchens, closets, bathrooms, architectural millwork, and bespoke cabinetry.

As we continue expanding across New York, Turks & Caicos, and the Cayman Islands, we're seeking an experienced Luxury Showroom Manager & Design Consultant to join our Manhattan showroom.

This is more than a showroom role. It's an opportunity to represent a growing luxury interiors brand and collaborate on some of the most distinguished residential projects in New York and the Caribbean.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of our Manhattan luxury showroom while delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Guide homeowners, architects, interior designers, and developers through the complete design journey—from initial consultation to final installation.

• Develop sophisticated design concepts for luxury kitchens, custom cabinetry, closets, bathrooms, and architectural millwork.

• Read and interpret architectural drawings and collaborate closely with project teams.

• Coordinate with our Italian manufacturing partners to ensure every project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.

• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, design professionals, and industry partners.

• Represent the Muretti brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in luxury residential interiors, bespoke cabinetry, premium kitchen design, or architectural millwork.

• Proven experience working with high-net-worth clientele.

• Strong understanding of custom cabinetry, millwork, and residential design.

• Ability to read architectural and construction drawings.

• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and consultative sales skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or comparable design software.

Experience With Brands Like

Candidates with experience at luxury design brands or premium residential showrooms such as Poliform, Boffi, Molteni&C, Minotti, Porcelanosa, Poggenpohl, RH, or similar luxury interior brands are encouraged to apply. Experience collaborating with architecture firms, interior design studios, or luxury residential developers is highly valued.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary: $90,000–$130,000

• Performance-based commission (1–3% of closed projects)

• Annual performance bonus
