• Part-Time, substitute usher

• Base Pay: $96.61 per shift

Ushers play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming space for our audiences and artists. This is a part

time position with shifts offered on an as needed basis. You will be joining a high energy, detail

focused team that plays a central role in creating meaningful experiences at our 7 venues.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • REQUIRED: Professional resume (no performance resumes please)
  • RECOMMENDED: Cover Letter (short explanation of your interest and qualifications)
  • A key member of the front of house team ensuring patrons are warmly welcomed into the

theaters.

  • This is a public facing position, so we are looking for team members who are friendly, helpful,

and take initiative to find solutions to problems (“finding the yes”) for our guests.

  • Must be able to work well with a team and provide exceptional customer service skills by

treating all patrons and coworkers with respect.

  • Job duties include, but are not limited to seating guests, answering questions about the theater

and show and working directly with the Theater Managers and Head Usher to ensure smooth

front of house operations.

  • Previous customer service experience is recommended.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs.

• Must wear all black, a blazer will be provided for shifts.

• This is a union affiliated position. Must be or become a member of Local 306.
