Billing Analyst/Sr. Billing Analsyt (100% Remote)

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in MA that is looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to join their team! This is a remote contract position with the potential to convert full-time and is paying

$33-$38/hr depending on experience. The Senior Billing Analyst will be required to attend on-site business meetings as needed.

The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include

• Manage end-to-end billing for subscription and multi-product accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely issue resolution.
• Handle AR activities including cash application, collections, rebates, discounts, and customer payment portals.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end close through reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and audit documentation.
• Improve billing processes and controls while managing customer inquiries, supporting cash forecasting, and maintaining process documentation.

The Experience Required For This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of AR and/or billing experience, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry
• Understanding of end-to-end billing procedures and experience with month-end close
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, and Google Suite; experience with Avalara is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Compensation: $33-$38/hr
