Maintenance Technician

Our client is a well-known developer of exclusive residential properties. T hey currently have an immediate need for an Maintenance Technician to work in one of it's luxury, multi-family residential properties in Glen Burnie, MD The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience as a Maintenance Tech in a multi-family residential, assisted living or commercial office building property, have a Universal CFC license (or willing to obtain at company expense) and a high school diploma.

This qualified Maintenance Tech will perform the following:

• Assist in the repair of the buildings and grounds of a luxury residential apartment building.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Inspect building and grounds for cleanliness and repairs.
• Respond to service requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Perform duties according to (OSHA) standards and follows company policies.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating procedures .
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Salary commensurate with qualifications.
