We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager & Director of Operations to lead the operational development of our organization and work directly with the Executive Chairman in building a high-performance, technology-driven professional services company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
• Leading daily business operations and departmental performance.
• Building and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Implementing operational systems, policies, and procedures.
• Supporting business development and organizational growth.
• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring financial and operational performance.
• Enhancing client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Supporting the implementation of our digital Business Services Platform.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, HR, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive management experience.
• Experience within accounting, payroll, HR outsourcing, consulting, corporate services, or professional services organizations is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Chairman and play a critical role in establishing operational excellence, organizational growth, and long-term business success.
Compensation
USD $5,500–$7,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications, executive experience, and demonstrated leadership capability.
Performance Bonus
Annual performance bonus based on achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
