We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to the CEO — Georgetown, TX

Umer & Company (UmerCo) is a boutique IBM integration consultancy and certified IBM reseller, partnering with enterprise clients across manufacturing, pharma, automotive, banking, and distribution. We specialize in IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration (IWHI) and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

We're looking for a Personal Assistant to support our CEO day-to-day — a role that blends personal and business support and flexes as priorities shift. Some days it's logistics and errands, other days it's close coordination with the team.

Georgetown, TX | Full-Time | 2 Days On-Site / 2 Days Remote / 1 Day Flex

What you'll do

  • Manage the CEO's personal calendar, errands, and logistics
  • Coordinate personal travel bookings and itineraries
  • Handle home setup, vendors, and contractors
  • Run local errands — pickups, deliveries, appointments
  • Manage new home build appointments with the builder
  • Oversee ongoing cat logistics and day-to-day care
  • Support event planning — dinners, gatherings, team visits
  • Assist the COO with personal and household needs

What you bring

  • Discreet with personal and business matters
  • Based in Georgetown and available to start immediately
  • Prior PA/EA experience preferred
