Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. In this role, you will provide speech and language evaluations, individualized therapy, and consultation services to elementary students, helping them achieve academic, communication, and social success.
New graduates are encouraged to apply if they hold or are eligible to obtain the required Colorado licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in MTSS/RTI and Student Support Team meetings.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and educational technology.
- Support students' academic, social, and communication development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License - Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with educational technology and Google Workspace preferred.
- New graduates welcome.
Schedule & Caseload
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- Elementary caseload of approximately 50-65 students
