Night Audit - Full Time

We’re seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. As the Night Auditor, you will create a welcoming environment for all who come to our lobby during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests’ experience is not just good, but GREAT!

What you'll do:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable.
• Enthusiastically provide guidance on the hotel’s amenities including our three restaurants.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns
• Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions
• Report on the nightly operational happenings to appropriate departments
• Maintain an energetic, organized, and engaging lobby environment
• Assist the security, housekeeping and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service

What we're looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A customer‑focused mindset and comfort interacting with the public
• Ability to work overnight hours
• Some college coursework preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Prior hospitality experience specifically at a hotel’s front desk.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA is a plus.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and stand for up to six hours at a time.
