Our venues are thoughtfully designed to blend timeless architecture, elevated hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. From intimate gatherings of 50 guests to celebrations of more than 500 attendees, we host weddings, corporate events, nonprofit galas, and social occasions that leave lasting impressions.

What You'll Do - Venue Coordination
• Assist with the preparation, setup, and execution of weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
• Ensure venue spaces are set according to client specifications, room layouts, and event timelines
• Support event-day operations and help maintain a seamless guest experience
• Coordinate with vendors, caterers, photographers, planners, and other event professionals
• Assist with ceremony-to-reception room transitions and venue flips
• Help oversee bartenders, security personnel, cleaning crews, maintenance staff, and event support teams
• Assist with alcohol inventory management, weekly ordering, and venue supply organization
• Maintain venue cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness
• Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for clients, guests, and vendors
• Run occasional errands for event supplies and venue needs
• Support the Venue Manager with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed
What you'll Do - Wedding Coordination (
Day-Of Coordination is an added on service. This does not apply to every wedding)
- Schedule and lead planning meetings
- Gather vendor contracts, contact information, and logistical details
- Assist in building and refining event-day timelines
- Conduct coordination-specific portions of final planning meetings
- Lead onsite ceremony rehearsals when applicable
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for vendors during setup and event execution
- Maintain communication with the couple, vendors, and venue staff throughout the event
- Help oversee event breakdown and cleanup procedures at the conclusion of the event
