This position will contribute to the recruitment/retention of DISCOVERY study participants. She will work with Dr. Elizabeth Jensen

Pay Range

$18.85 - $28.30

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:High school (at least grade 11) or college student.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: N/A

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Performs a variety of general office activities to support the department.
  • Organizes work activities to ensure completion on time.
  • Processes incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Creates and maintains accurate filing/record system. 5. Resolves problems to improve customer service.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication skills
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Organizational skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Comfortable, well-lit office environment
  • May be required to operate simple machinery and computer terminals.
