Position Overview
The Client Services Manager partners closely with Financial Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure the seamless day-to-day management of client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and creating a high-touch experience for clients. The successful candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, delivering timely, professional, and personalized support.
• Partner closely with Financial Advisors to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
• Prepare and process client account paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and document interactions within the CRM system.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding account needs and service requests.
• Collaborate with advisors and teammates to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and internal processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information.
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma required, higher education preferred.
• Previous administrative, client service, banking, legal, healthcare, executive assistant, or professional office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000–$70,000+ annually, depending on experience.
