Our client, a vertically integrated commercial real estate, construction, development, and property management company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. What You'll Do

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll play a critical role in supporting executive operations and ensuring priorities remain on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities for the CEO.
  • Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence, emails, presentations, and business communications with exceptional grammar and professionalism.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, managing confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and special events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials, and executive documentation.
  • Track projects, action items, and deadlines while providing proactive follow-up to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, records, and important documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with internal leadership, business partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues before they become obstacles.
  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives across multiple business divisions.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. You should enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and where your ability to stay organized directly contributes to executive success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Paralegal background preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with flawless English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Typing speed of at least 70 WPM.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive business information.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience supporting executives in commercial real estate, property management, construction, development, finance, or related industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
