About the Role
We're looking for a Social Producer & Video Editor who is passionate about creating social-first content for food and beverage brands. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, from brainstorming concepts to producing shoots, filming, editing, and analyzing how content performs.
You live on TikTok and Instagram, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and are constantly paying attention to new trends, creators, and storytelling techniques. You don't just make great-looking videos, you care about how they perform and are excited to use insights and analytics to make each piece of content even better.

What You'll Do
- Produce, shoot, and edit engaging social-first video content for food and beverage brands.
- Brainstorm creative concepts that feel native to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Plan and execute content shoots, including developing shot lists, styling scenes, organizing props, and capturing high-quality footage.
- Shoot content using a variety of cameras, including:
- iPhone
- DJI Osmo Pocket
- DSLR / Mirrorless cameras
- Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, captions, sound design, music, and platform-native editing styles.
- Stay on top of food, creator, and social media trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team on a regular basis.
- Work closely with producers, strategists, designers, and clients throughout the creative process.
- Organize footage, project files, and creative assets to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Track content performance and use analytics to inform future creative decisions.
- Be excited by testing new ideas, learning from the data, and continuously improving results.
- Manage and maintain our in-house prop and food styling library, ensuring ingredients, props, and production assets are organized, stocked, and shoot-ready.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating short-form social content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and or CapCut.
- Comfortable shooting with an iPhone, DJI Osmo Pocket, and DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and food styling.
- Passion for creating food content and a strong understanding of what performs well in the food space.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, positive, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- A creative problem solver who enjoys brainstorming and contributing ideas.
- Interested in the performance side of social media, not just creating content, but understanding why it works.
- Goal-oriented and excited by using analytics, engagement metrics, and platform insights to continually improve content.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
Bonus Points
- Experience creating content for restaurants, food brands, chefs, or CPG companies.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva.
- Experience with food photography or food styling.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
