Job Summary

Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for projects and program coordination within the department. Responsible for maintaining and providing confidential data to supervisors, managers and the director. Provide professional and courteous service to external and internal customers. Provide guidance on Company policies and procedures system-wide. Function as the liaison between Customer Operations and other organizations and represent Customer Operations on cross functional teams.

What you’ll do

Essential Job Functions & Tasks

  • Coordinate operational controls and Sarbanes & Oxley control testing across multiple teams

  • Coordinate SOX 302 reviews and SOX 404 testing for leadership certification

  • Maintain business continuity planning and emergency management documentation for multiple critical work functions

  • Serve in lead role in activating emergency response plans, and serve in support role during activation

  • Coordinate with multiple enterprise teams to maintain documentation and monthly ICS readiness communications

  • Support efforts related to PII data protections across multiple customer-facing systems

  • Lead small to medium size projects supporting continuous process improvement

  • Coordinate with Technology, OPCOs and business units to facilitate the intake of technology change requests and new project requests for customer-facing systems

  • Coordinate monthly completion of scorecards and performance reports across multiple teams

  • Work with leadership and business units on project prioritization, benefit tracking, and value realization

What We're Looking For

Education requirements are listed below:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Math or Statistics preferred.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

  • Six (6) years of customer service related job experience.
