We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR Manager to own the entire employee lifecycle while also managing user access, software administration, and internal IT operation.

Position Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for recruiting top talent, managing the hiring process, onboarding and offboarding employees, supporting team members throughout their employment, and ensuring every employee has the tools and access they need to succeed. This role combines Human Resources, Recruiting, Employee Success, and IT Administration into one position.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Hiring

  • Create and publish job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Source and proactively recruit qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinate interviews with managers.
  • Perform reference checks and testing when required.
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts and employment documentat

Employee Onboarding

  • Prepare employment agreements and onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate I-9, W-4, direct deposit, and other required employment paperwork.
  • Create employee accounts across all company systems.
  • Set up company email accounts and communication tools.
  • Grant appropriate access to software, Amazon Seller Central, Google Workspace, Slack, and other internal systems.
  • Guide new hires through onboarding checklist and ensure new hires are fully equipped from day

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and requests.
  • Manage PTO, sick leave, unpaid leave, bonuses, and other employee requests.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure company policies are communicated and consistently applied.
  • Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives.

Offboarding

  • Coordinate employee resignations and terminations.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Disable system access immediately upon separation.
  • Recover company equipment and credentials.

IT Administration & Access Management

  • Manage user accounts across all company software platforms.
  • Create, update, and revoke user permissions.
  • Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Amazon Seller Central, and other business and AI applications.
  • Maintain role-based access controls and security best practices.
  • Manage software subscriptions, licenses, and renewals.
  • Maintain documentation of company systems, credentials, and access procedures.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and software providers when technical support is needed.

HR Compliance

  • Maintain confidential employee files.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll administration by communicating employee status changes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, or People Operations experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting remote employees.
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills.
  • Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace and SaaS applications.
  • Comfortable learning and managing multiple software platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
