The role regularly uses NICE Performance Management or NICE WFM and Jira to support business operations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions that improve coaching and performance management processes.

· Manage the product backlog and prioritize work items based on business value.

· Partner with stakeholders to refine business requirements and desired outcomes.

· Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution reviews.

· Coordinate with developers, QA teams, architects, and business partners throughout software development.

· Support testing activities, defect resolution, and production validation.

· Assist with platform adoption initiatives and user onboarding.

· Support integrations between NICE applications and other systems.

· Provide production support and issue triage as needed.

· Ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
