Supply Planner

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing organization to locate their next Supply Planner.

Location: Charlotte, NC - 100% On-Site

Compensation: $110,000- $120,000

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

What will your day look like?

• Supply & Inventory Planning: Develop and execute supply plans that balance customer demand, inventory objectives, and production capacity while minimizing shortages and excess inventory

• Production & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and demand planning teams to align production schedules, resolve supply constraints, and support S&OP activities

• Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze planning metrics, maintain ERP planning data, develop reporting dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve forecasting, inventory performance, and planning processes

Who are you?

• Supply Planning Professional: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, or materials planning

• Analytical Decision Maker: Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, ERP systems, and advanced Excel with the ability to transform data into actionable business recommendations

• Collaborative Communicator: Proven ability to build relationships across multiple departments while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, consumer products, or distribution environments

• Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar systems

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools

• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
