We are seeking a detail-oriented HR/Payroll Specialist with strong experience working with our PEO. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR coordination, serving as a key liaison between our team and our PEO partner. · Manage end-to-end payroll processing in partnership with PEO, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

· Act as the primary HR point of contact for the PEO on all payroll and benefits-related matters.

· Oversee benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications in coordination with the PEO.

· Maintain employee records and data integrity within HRIS and PEO systems.

· Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including documentation and system updates.

· Ensure accurate payroll deductions, tax withholding, and reporting in collaboration with the PEO.

· Address employee questions about payroll, timekeeping, and benefits promptly and professionally.

· Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and annual benefit renewals.

· Support additional HR projects as needed.

· 2+ years experience in HR/Payroll or Detailed Administrative work

· Understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and relevant employment law.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and reporting tools preferred.

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field.

· Experience within HR and Payroll
