Enablement Platforms Project Manager

We're looking for a leader who can drive complex cross-functional initiatives and partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams to deliver strategic technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives, including platform modernization, migrations, and integration programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive production readiness, operational transition, deployment planning, and post-implementation support.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear executive-level communications.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, enterprise integrations, platform interactions, and data flows.
• API Platforms & API Management
• Enterprise Integration Services
• Managed File Transfer (MFT)
• Document & Content Management
• Enterprise Data Integrations
• Platform Modernization, Migration, or Consolidation
• Experience working closely with architects, engineers, operations teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise platform modernization and migration experience.
• Knowledge of API enablement, enterprise integration services, and content management platforms.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong PMO governance, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
