HR Business Partner (5723)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join our client’s team in Kissimmee, FL. This is an Onsite Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $75,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Serve as a strategic advisor and consultative partner to client group leaders
• Partner with hiring managers to attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations
• Leverage data and HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions
• Integrate HR best practices, trends, and technologies to enhance HR service delivery

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on workforce matters
• Conduct regular check-ins with client groups and provide workforce insights
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Facilitate background checks and employment eligibility verifications
• Execute core HR programs such as performance management, compensation, benefits, leave administration, training, and safety compliance
