As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team.
Position Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
