Join our team as a part-time Behavioral Health Consultant providing primary care-based behavioral health services to clients with complex or chronic needs.
- Provide counseling and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within integrated care plans.
- Offer culturally informed, evidence-based interventions and support patient navigation.
- Assist in developing treatment plans, training staff, and participating in program development.
- Perform clinical duties in alignment with accreditation standards and participate in community outreach.
Qualifications include
For Psychologists: Ph.D./Psy.D., licensure, and relevant experience. For Master's therapists: Master’s degree, licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT), and experience working with mental health clients.
