Director of Operations

Are you a proven operations leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and team development? We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and drive performance across our commercial printing operations in the Dallas market.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee production, fulfillment, quality, scheduling, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations across production, finishing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
• Manage production planning, capacity utilization, and workflow optimization.
• Establish KPIs and accountability measures to improve performance.
• Partner with sales, customer service, and executive leadership to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in commercial printing, packaging, direct mail, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in production management, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Proven success in driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and profitability.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
