Today, our residential treatment facility provides 24-hour care and trauma-informed services for children who have experienced significant trauma and face a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

As a Senior Milieu Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the designated leader during assigned shifts
- Model and uphold high-quality therapeutic programming and unit structure
- Mentor, coach, and develop unit staff in therapeutic intervention skills
- Support a positive, trauma-informed treatment environment
- Complete documentation of treatment services and required reports accurately and timely
- Assist in maintaining consistency, accountability, and engagement among staff and residents

- A genuine passion for helping children and families overcome challenges
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, child development or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
